Services Provided

Render Projects provides architectural rendering services, including but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior rendering
• 3D modeling
• Walkthrough videos
• Floor plan rendering
• Master plan rendering
• Outline property animation
• Video intros using logo animations

Clients can choose between three specific packages with corresponding prices and deadlines, or place custom orders for specific requests.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for the creation and processing of your order.
• Ensure all submitted project files are your intellectual property or you have the necessary permissions to use them.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

Order Process

1. Submission

   • Clients must submit project files in the required formats (e.g., .DWG, .SKP, PDFs) and provide detailed project specifications and preferences.

2. Payment

   • Payment for services must be made in full at the time of order placement. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Delivery

   • Render Projects will deliver the final renderings by the agreed-upon deadline. Any changes or revisions requested after delivery may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds

   • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the final product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions.

Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

   • All project files and final renderings remain the intellectual property of the client. Render Projects retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. License

   • By submitting project files, you grant Render Projects a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

Render Projects is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors or omissions in content, loss or damage incurred as a result of using our services, or any other damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Render Projects harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date at the top of this page.

Governing Law
